PCHK will hold its first 2011 reunion dinner on Saturday, 22nd January 2011. At the dinner, we will greet Dr. Katherine Banks, Bowen Engineering Head of School of Civil Engineering, who will be on a tour to visit alumni in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Thailand during January.Please refer details as per below and register w/ the following FB page, or contact Nicky.

Dr. Banks has conducted widely acclaimed research in environmental and ecological engineering. After joining Purdue's School of Civil Engineering in 1997, she became its Head in 2006, and was awarded Jack and Kay Hockema Professorship earlier this year. Since becoming head, she has expanded the faculty, and has increased undergraduate enrollment by 42% in four years. American Society of Civil Engineers recently recognized her contributions with the prestigious Rudolf Hering Medal. Mr. Nathan Wight, Director of Development, will join her in the Asian tour.

The reunion dinner will be held at Yat Tung Heen Restaurant, Basement 2, Eaton Hotel, 380 Nathan Road (at Pak Hoi Street), Jordan, Kowloon (Telephone 2782-1818). Reception will start at 6:30 p.m. and dinner at 7:00 p.m. The cost will be HK$380 per person. All alumni, family members and friends are welcomed to join us in meeting Dr. Banks.
